Client agreement

Thank you so much for choosing Kelsey Dati Photography. I love to capture images that will forever hold a place in your home and heart. I am thankful you have chosen me to capture these special moments in your life!

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT - The client will be required to make a deposit of 20% of specified package order to retain the services of Kelsey Dati Photography. The remaining balance will be due on the date of your portrait session. Balance must be paid in full before receiving any of the images.

CANCELLATION - If the client cancels this agreement 14 days before the scheduled portrait date, any deposit paid to Kelsey Dati Photography will be refunded in full. If the client cancels within 14 days of the portrait date, your 20% deposit will not be refunded.

FAILURE TO PERFORM - If for any reason Kelsey Dati Photogaphy cannot perform this agreement due to illness, accident, or other cause beyond our control then we will return the deposit to the client but will have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation also applies in the event that photography materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction or otherwise lost/damaged. Kelsey Dati Photography will only be liable for the cost of the total order.

I give permission to Kelsey Dati Photography to use my name and any images taken of myself or my family members for any marketing purposes.
