Client agreement

Thank you so much for choosing Kelsey Dati Photography. I love to capture images that will forever hold a place in your home and heart. I am thankful you have chosen me to capture these special moments in your life!

PAYMENT - Payment will be due on the date of your portrait session. Balance must be paid in full before receiving any of the images. Payment can be paid into the following bank account details; BSB: 062 692, Account Number: 4197 7295 Account Name: Kelsey Dati.

FAILURE TO PERFORM - If for any reason Kelsey Dati Photogaphy cannot perform this agreement due to illness, accident, or other cause beyond our control then we will return the deposit to the client but will have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation also applies in the event that photography materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction or otherwise lost/damaged. Kelsey Dati Photography will only be liable for the cost of the total order.

I give permission to Kelsey Dati Photography to use my name and any images taken of myself or my family members for any marketing purposes.
