Thank you so much for choosing Kelsey Dati Photography. I love to capture images that will forever hold a place in your home and heart. I am thankful you have chosen me to capture your special day!

PAYMENT - Payment will be due in full prior to the day of the wedding event . Payment can be paid into the following bank account details; BSB: 062 692, Account Number: 4197 7295 Account Name: Kelsey Dati.

FAILURE TO PERFORM - If for any reason Kelsey Dati Photogaphy cannot perform this agreement due to illness, accident, or other cause beyond our control then we will return the deposit to the client but will have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation also applies in the event that photography materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction or otherwise lost/damaged. Kelsey Dati Photography will only be liable for the cost of the total order.

The digital editing process can only start post the main wedding event. Digital processing takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks.

Please include a link or tag Kelsey Dati Photography when posting any of the included images online.

I give permission to Kelsey Dati Photography to use my name and any images taken of myself or my family members for any marketing purposes.
